About me
I started my career in the culinary world in 2005 as a waiter at a restaurnt in Napoli. The beautiful atmophere and the friendliness of the Italians made me fall in love with Italian food preparations. In 2006 I moved to Tuscany which is know for its landscapes, history, artistic legacy, and its infuence on high culture.
My mentor, Mirra Alfredo - my chef at the resturant made mouth watering pizza and the smell covered the whole region of the Central Italy. I too was amused and requested him to teach the art of making pizza. Chef offered me the spare time he had to teach me whom I have the greatest regard.
With time I mastered the art by going through the vigorous traning and dedication, soon - in 2006 I was on the track of becoming a chef and in just one year later in 2007 I was promoted to be the pizza chef at the very same restaurant I started... By fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Every dish I make I take pride in respect for good, fresh, simple yet very Italian ingredients. Stemming from history these Tuscan dishes are invented with great care and love.
When we commonly think of Italian food, we think of pasta, oilive oil and lots of fresh vegetables, while in fact make up the base of this Mediterranean Diet. My cooking is my heart's desire so just like my traning was unorthodox I value every idea of my team so that you get the best taste and the best service.
